Aside from the relaxing features our house has to offer, the home is surrounded by exciting activities. The community amenities consist of outdoor pools, clubhouse, lakes, playgrounds, and a basketball court . Also, be sure to partake in the countless outdoor recreational activities offered year-round such as hiking, skiing, fishing, and much more. The neighborhood offers 24 hour security, gated security, road maintenance, lake use restriction, and a garbage drop off area.

Pools Choctaw Pool: Located just a 5 minute walk away from the house. It is on the Corner of Choctaw & Wyomissing Drive. This pool is heated with a baby pool. Island Pool: Located off Trout Creek Drive. This zero entry (handicapped accessible) pool is heated. The Island Pool has a baby pool and child friendly water features. An aquatic wheelchair is available. Please ask a lifeguard for assistance. Minisink Pool: Located on the corner of Minisink & Moshannon Drive. This pool is heated with a diving board and heated baby pool. Wristbands must be worn at these facilities. Beaches & Playgrounds All of the community Beaches have playgrounds, and roped off swimming areas. Beach 1: Located on Arrowhead Drive past the Main Gate Beach 2: Located on the corner of Lake Shore Drive & Squaw Trail Beach 3: Located on Arrowhead Drive between Honovi & Towanda Trail Beach 4: Located on North Arrow Drive, between Pontiac Path & Cresco Drive Wristbands must be worn at these facilities. Fishing Fishing Licenses are available to be purchased through the Community Member Services Department. If the Lodge is closed, please use the side entrance. Our gym is equipped with free weights, cardio machines, and row machines. As well as a leg press, calf press, pec fly, and multi press machine. Fees: Gate cards are required to access the facility. Wristbands must be worn while at this facility. You will be asked for all information related to yourself, your guest, and your vehicles in order to gain entry to the community. There is a fee as follows: $20 per car fee for a gate card. $20 processing fee for the community. $40.00 Administrative Staff Fee Lodge The Lodge is the newest addition and quite the hub of activity. Lodge Hours: Sunday: 8 AM – 5 PM Monday: 9 AM – 5 PM Tuesday: 10 AM – 10 PM Wednesday: 10 AM – 10 PM Thursday: 9 AM – 5 PM Friday: 10 AM – 10 PM Saturday: 8 AM – 10 PM The Lodge holds a banquet room, great room, library, adult billiards room, multipurpose room and beautiful backyard. The billiards room is open daily from 10 AM – 10 PM (if the Lodge is closed, please use the side entrance). Level 1 Tesla charger available for $10 per night—adds about 5 miles of range per hour, so you can relax knowing you won’t be stranded out in the woods.
